AH Plus builds on decades of clinical success with over 800 million root canal fillings performed with the AH Plus product family*. The sealer provides excellent long-term sealing,1 outstanding adhesion to gutta-percha2 and exceptional radiopacity3 and is designed for cold and warm obturation techniques4— especially in single-cone workflows.
Remove the cap by turning it 90° counter-clockwise and pulling it.
To ensure an appropriate mixing ratio, dispense a small amount of paste from the syringe prior to the first clinical application.
Attach the mixing tip to the syringe, aligning the notch. Then turn the tip 90° clock-wise.
The intraoral tip can be rotated and the angle adjusted.
For intraoral use, it is recommended to cover AH Plus Mixing Syringe with the Disposa-Shield® Sleeve.
The sealer can be applied directly to the root canal orifices or extruded conventionally on a mixing pad.
After the sealer application, mixing tip and intraoral tip must be discarded. Replace the cap on the syringe head.
Yes, it’s designed for both cold and warm obturation workflows, including carrier-based systems.4
It offers exceptional radiopacity, making it easier to identify on radiographs compared to both bioceramic and resin-based alternatives.3
AH Plus has a working time of about 4 hours and setting time within 24 hours.6
