Auditorium & Atrium
Located on the first floor of the Academy building, this 288-seat auditorium features state-of-the-art equipment including a 27 ft. Christie Tile TV, theatre-style lighting, and microphones at the 100 classroom style seats in the front. Additional theatre-style seating is located in the back of the auditorium. Auditorium rental includes use of the Atrium which functions as a registration, meal or reception space for your large event!
We can also broadcast live procedures from the Academy into the auditorium!
Clinical Training Rooms
Our Academy has four Clinical Training Rooms for hands-on training. Each seat is equipped with air, water, and suction.
Lab C features 16 CEREC® AI Omnicams attached to moveable arms, simulating our Intego and Teneo treatment centers. An additional 16 CEREC AF Omnicams are available to showcase our clinical CAD/CAM tabletop setup. With a screen at each station, participants can watch as their instructor demonstrates CAD/CAM technology through their own dedicated CEREC unit, their computer, or an overhead camera.
Labs F, J and K have an open workspace to accommodate any style of training from our ten product groups. Ask us what lab is best for your training!
Milling Rooms
Paired with each of our Clinical Training Rooms is a milling room. The Omnicams in Clinical Training C, or Primescans in lecture room A/B are wirelessly networked to one of 32 mills in Milling Room C and each mill is wirelessly networked to a corresponding CEREC SpeedFire sintering furnace. Milling Room F showcases all of our Laboratory milling equipment and Carbon 3D Printer.
Operatories
Dentsply Sirona Academy, Charlotte, also showcases some of the available configurations of our Teneo and Intego treatment centers with cabinetry options by Kappler. With six display operatories and a sterilization room, come visualize what your office could look like when completely outfitted by Dentsply Sirona!
We also have a fully-functional, live-patient operatory where we can perform procedures and broadcast them to any of our training rooms or to the 288-seat auditorium.
Design Center
Looking to build a new office, design a new space, or redesign your current space?
Our Treatment Centers staff are happy to help you at our Design Center - a small meeting space where we can walk you through CAD designs, treatment center options, decorating and color selection tips, and financial analysis!
Training Rooms
Dentsply Sirona Academy, Charlotte has eight distinct training rooms. Each training room is equipped with a projector, screen, lecturn with a stationary microphone, a lavalier microphone, and a handheld microphone. Tables have power outlets to keep your laptops and mobile devices charged throughout the course. Most rooms are setup for 25 people in classroom style, but certain rooms combine to allow seating for 50.
Additional Meeting Space
Additional meeting space is provided on the first floor of the Academy building to host breakout sessions, meetings or meals. Our facilities team will help you determine if this additional space is needed and assist in the reservation process.
