This course is tailored for participants new to CEREC, aiming to establish a solid foundation of knowledge and skills essential for a successful experience when performing chairside restorations on your initial day.
Participants will be provided with a dedicated CEREC machine, allowing hands-on practice in preparing, designing, milling, and delivering single-unit CEREC restorations.
Course Objectives:
· Mastering proper scanning techniques
· Acquiring tips and tricks for optimal preparation design
· Understanding the various design software modes and their clinical applications
· Implementing efficient design protocols through specific design tools
· Engaging in hands-on exercises, covering the entire process from scanning to finishing
· Exploring materials and their applications, along with best practices for each material
· Fabricating and processing restorations with stain and glaze techniques applicable to glass ceramics and zirconia
· Understand the benefits of cloud connectivity, communication, and storage with DS Core
This course is intended for dental professionals or students with a basic understanding of dental terminology, practice, and proficiency.
