This workshop is designed to expose modern dental offices to the latest in 3D printing using Dentsply Sirona Primeprint. This course will go over digital workflows utilizing Primeprint in your office. Workflows include the fabrication of working models, fabrication of clear aligners, surgical stents, and night guards. The hands-on portion will show how to utilize the Primescan intraoral scanner, inLab software, and the new inLab CAM 22 software to print and finish your final product.
Course Objectives:
1. Discuss the history and importance of 3D printing and office integration
2. Discuss 3D printable materials and how to make choices based on clinical indications
3. Primeprint maintenance and troubleshooting
4. Hands-on examples of digital workflows using the latest in digital technology:
- Learn how to print directly from the Primescan
- Learn advanced features in inLab 22
- Learn workflows for working models, splints, and clear aligner therapy
- Learn workflows for Smile Design and 3D printing temporaries
- Learn workflows for implantology, from planning to 3D printing guides
- Learn A to Z workflows for basic and advanced cases from milling and printing restorations
