Dr. André Pellerin has applied important military leadership principles which helped him to overcome several crises over the years and led to success in his dental practice and in other business ventures. In this course, Dr. Pellerin will share the concepts he’s applied in his practice and will provide participants with the tools to understand how to look for hidden opportunities, even during a pandemic. Participants will leave this course with actionable insights into how to identify potential growth areas in their practice, which are oftentimes overseen at times when the practice is running smoothly. Dr. Pellerin will also touch upon the new challenges and realities of COVID-19, and ultimately how to position one’s practice to survive during this pandemic and thrive in the new normal that will follow.
