Nina Shaffie Dr.

Dr Nina Shaffie, is a multiple award-winning Specialist Orthodontist, based in London United Kingdom, treating both adults and children at The Sandford Clinic. The majority of her work involves treating complex multidisciplinary adult cases, using the latest cutting-edge techniques and digital dentistry. Dr Nina qualified with Honours from Barts and The London in 2010, and continued her Speciality Training with King’s College Hospital, Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital; qualifying with a distinction and awarded the prestigious Philip Walther Prize for the most outstanding performance. Nina was awarded ‘Best Orthodontic Practice South’ at the Clinical Dentistry Awards in 2023, ‘Best Young Orthodontist South’ at Clinical Dentistry Awards in 2022 and ‘Best Young Dentist South East’ in 2018 at the Private Dentistry Awards. Nina is a prominent member of the dental community, Key Opinion Leader, involved with lecturing and training dentists and Vice President of PEERS Ortho UK. Her patients include high profile clients and celebrities; with her work having been featured live on the Brit Awards, in magazines such as Vogue and Billboard, and mentioned on BBC News. Nina has been heavily involved in orthodontic research and audits, and has presented her work at national and international conferences, as well as having papers and her MSc research published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
