While there may be as many philosophies and protocols for clear aligner treatment as there are practicing clinicians, SureSmile Faculty have developed simple solutions that optimize treatment planning for interproximal reduction and attachments. In this session, Dr. Tyler Rathburn shares tips and tricks for mastering IPR and attachments, while working through the staged model sequence.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to:

When in clear aligner treatment to perform interproximal reduction
Which attachments to use to achieve specific tooth movements
How to place, size, and adjust attachments, buttons and cutouts
How to read the staged model sequence
How to reduce the number of attachments

Cancellation Policy: We recommend course registration is completed at least 6 weeks in advance. Standard Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 6 weeks in advance of the course start date will be reimbursed the full tuition cost of the course. For cancellations 4-6 weeks prior, 25% of the tuition cost will be charged, whilst cancellations 2-4 weeks prior will be charged 50% of the tuition cost and the full tuition cost if cancelled within 14 days of the course start date. Non attendees will be charged the full tuition price. If Dentsply Sirona cancels the program, the participant will be reimbursed the full tuition amount. Please note, no Cancellation Policy applies for free or non-chargeable courses and programs.

CPD / CE Credit Verification: where Verifiable CPD or CE Credits are offered in your territory, you will receive an e-mail from the course or program organiser with confirmation of CPD Hours / CE Credits earned. For On-Demand courses, please allow 2 business days after course completion and additional processing time for In-Person or Live Webinar courses if CPD / CE Credits apply in your territory. Dentsply Sirona cannot take responsibility for the CPD / CE Credit provision process for 3rd Party owned and operated courses and programs promoted on this site, which we support with equipment and materials. If you experience any issues with CPD / CE Credit provision, please contact the course coordinator indicated in the course description on the right.
