While advancements in regenerative and implant therapy have led to increased success, complications are inevitable. Infection, implant failure, partial or total graft failure, and esthetic issues must be addressed in a practical and predictable manner. In this presentation, Dr. Fien and Dr. Puterman will share some of their own complications. They will discuss treatment strategies and protocols that they use to manage these cases and minimize the damage to their patients and their pride.
