DS Core Care is an integrated, easy-to-understand equipment service and support package that provides you with more time with your patients, quality services, and clearly defined coverage.

Support Solutions

With DS Core Care, you have access to the following support solutions provided by highly qualified experts.

Hotline Support

All CEREC, Primeprint and Primescan Connect customers in ANZ have access to technical phone support from qualified service experts during business hours for direct problem solving when you need it. If your equipment is covered under DS Core Care, our service experts will also be able to provide remote, real-time, efficient troubleshooting for your equipment while on the phone with you. 2 This fast clarification service limits unnecessary follow ups and helps save you more time.

Annual Preventative Maintenance*

DS Core Care customers will have access to an annual preventive maintenance on their eligible equipment for each year during the term of their DS Core Care subscription.3 The preventative maintenance will be performed by a qualified service technician to protect efficiency and help extend the lifetime of your equipment.

*The preventative maintenance is only available for CEREC equipment and the Primeprint units that are covered under DS Core Care. It is not available for Primescan Connect units.

Extension of Spare Parts Warranty

All Dentsply Sirona customers enjoy a standard 1-year spare part warranty for their CEREC equipment, Primeprint and Primescan Connect. With DS Core Care, you can extend the spare part warranty for an additional two years to help avoid additional costs. The scope of the extended spare part warranty will also cover certain spare parts that are not covered under the standard spare part warranty.

The extended spare parts warranty provided as part of DS Core Care is in addition to your rights to claim replacement spare parts under any applicable laws.

2 Remote real-time troubleshooting will only be available for any of your equipment that has been registered in Dentsply Sirona’s product services database.

Accidental Damage Cover

DS Core Care customers enjoy accidental damage cover for the camera of their Primescan AC or Primescan Connect (for up to 2 camera replacements within your 3-year DS Core Care subscription).#

Express Replacement

If DS Core Care customers are eligible for a replacement camera for their Primescan AC or Primescan Connect, Dentsply Sirona will guarantee that the replacement camera will be dispatched to you from our storage location within one (1) business day (if stock is available). The time required for you to receive the replacement camera will be dependent on your location.
