In this program, two Endodontists, Dr. Laura Milroy practicing in northern Colorado and Dr. Diwakar Kinra in private practice in Flint Michigan, tackle pain management and anesthesia recommendations prior to, during and after root canal therapy. Dr. Milroy discusses root canal treatments including antibiotics, analgesics and steroids, and provides tips and cautions for properly administering and managing each. Dr Diwakar Kinra delves into anesthetic protocols and delivery for superior patient outcomes in root canal therapy, and reaffirms the importance of rubber dams in procedures.
