IC Level 5 - Full-Arch Implant Overdentures Part II: Treatment of the Maxilla and Mandible

Utilizing procedure-based education, this course focuses on treatment of the fully edentulous patient with full-arch removable implant restorations. This course highlights the step-by-step process in delivering implant-supported overdentures for the maxilla and mandible to a patient with terminal dentition as a result of severe periodontitis.

Learning Objectives:

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Recognize principles to optimize esthetics, retention, support and comfort
• Identify The "Rules of Six" for proper implant positioning
• Understand the step-by-step prosthetic phase for implant overdentures

At the completion of this course, participants are encouraged to continue their education in Level 6 which will focus on the full-arch fixed prosthesis.
