Kristin Pelletier, owner of KP Consulting, teaches tools, techniques and scripts that will allow dental teams to improve their case presentation skills immediately resulting in an increase in the number of patients who say, to treatment plans. Specific critical steps in the Path to Case Acceptance are identified for both the Clinical Team and the Business Team.

Learning Objectives:

Understand why Case Acceptance is one of the most important objectives to measure in the practice.
Learn how to create patient awareness and use co-discovery to build trust.
Learn language that helps you uncover patient goals and motivators and understand how this relates to improved Case Acceptance.
Get comfortable handling (and even welcome) patient objections, including insurance objections.
Create a process for monitoring Case Acceptance statistics to continually improve this system
