Leadership Emerging from Crisis

There is no way that we can just manage our way out of the current crisis created by the pandemic. A healthy dose of leadership will be necessary if we are to emerge as a better and stronger practice. We will discuss why leadership is so critical at this very moment and how it is different from managing our practices. This webinar is designed to help practice owners/leaders recognize the most common leadership blind spots that diminish our ability to lead effectively. There will be actual suggestions provided on how to prioritize and delegate, how to give appropriate generative feedback, and how to create a favorable work/life balance. We will also discuss why “Systems Management”, our current model of leadership is ineffective and potentially harmful.
