High translucent zirconium oxide

Cercon ht with True Colour Technology sets new standards for zirconia when it comes to reproducing the classic 16 VITA1 and bleach shades (BL and BL2). High translucent multilayer zirconium oxide

The hybrid zirconium oxide multilayer combines high strength and natural aesthetics. From single crowns up to 14-unit bridges. Without nesting restrictions even for wide span bridges. The underlying tooth preperation or the lab die simulating the preperation, can have an effect on the shade outcome of the restoration. Masking dark tooth preperations can be achived by thickening the wall thickness of the zirconia to prevent a perceived discolouration of the restoration.

The Cercon ML Team: The Zirconia Multilayer-Solution

Cercon stands for proven clinical safety with over 20 years of zirconia experience.

As the pioneer for already precoloured and presintered zirconia and together with dental technicians from the USA and Europe, we have developed different layers in our multilayer zirconia to create the most suitable material and colour gradient.

The objective: High aesthetics and strength in the final restoration. The special light-conducting behaviour of zirconia required the shade concept to be completely re-thought in order to achieve a natural distribution of value (brightness).

TiBase

For custom abutments

TiBase is the titanium base from Dentsply Sirona. It is available for different implant systems and diameters and is provided in a set complete with an abutment screw. It facilitates an economical workflow for the in-house production of custom abutments.

ScanPost

For convenient intraoral acquisition of implant data

Depending on the implant system, a matching Dentsply Sirona ScanPost (scan post and fixing screw) and the corresponding scanbody (grey for Omnicam* or white for Bluecam) is available. For the final restoration, a TiBase with the corresponding name extension must be used.

inPost

For screw-retained bridges and bars on multi-unit abutments

The special scanbody is used exclusively for the precise scanning of multiple implants on a model with inEos X5. Only multi-unit abutments by nt-trading (2-CONnect) and Medentika® (MedentiBASE) are supported.
