We appreciate that you may, in some instances, need to return products. To ensure that we track any returned goods and appropriately credit your account, please contact Customer Support on AUS: 1300 55 29 29 or NZ: 0800 33 68 77 to obtain a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Number, before returning goods to Dentsply Sirona. Goods returned to Dentsply Sirona without an RMA number being assigned cannot be accepted.
Returns of non-defective products for credit will be accepted only if requested and returned within 30 days of invoice date.
Returns of non-defective products will only apply to the following item categories:
- Consumable goods (excluding anaesthetics which will be reviewed on a case by case basis)
- Implants
All items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unmarked and unopened.
Returns of defective products will be managed in accordance with Dentsply Sirona’s product complaints and/or warranty processes.
Non-defective implants can be exchanged (same or greater value) within twelve (12) months of invoice date but must have a minimum six (6) months shelf life.
