Introduction to inLab and Primeprint

With this addition, not only will you be able to transform your scanned images to 3D printed objects, you now also have access to the super powerful and versatile software inLab. This webinar will show you the basics of how to transform your scanned dental image to a simple real physical model, or even to a more advanced working model with individual dies just like you are used to getting from your dental laboratory.

The best way to get a quick return on investment of a 3D printer is to design and fabricate your own in-house splints and CEREC guides. We will show you the step-by-step workflow to deliver your patients a top-quality splint, thanks to the Primeprint’s advanced technology. You can do more than just models and splints with this system: you will learn how to fabricate personalized individual trays for those cases that a physical impression is still required.

Finally, all your designed appliances will need to go to your Primeprint and your Primeprint Processing Unit - PPU via the inLab’s CAM application. You will have the opportunity to learn the necessary tools to do just that. Course Objectives:

• Transfer a scanned case to your inLab software via DS Core or the Connect Case Center service
• Learn how to navigate in the inLab software from administration to manufacturing
• Understand how to print working models with individual dies
• See how you can design a splint and CEREC guides, print, and deliver it to your patients within a few hours
• Learn how to design and fabricate a personalized individual impression trays
• Discuss the basic parameters of your printer and learn the CAM application features that allow you to 3D Print your appliances
