Dr. Patrick Tseng is the current President of the Singapore Dental Council which he assumed in May 2021. He is the Executive Director of the National University Center for Oral Health Singapore and Group Chief of Dental Services at the National University Health Systems. He is an Associate Professor in the Division of Endodontics, Operative Dentistry and Prosthodontics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Senior Consultant at the National University Center for Oral Health Singapore (NUCOHS). He received his BDS from the National University of Singapore in 1985 and obtained his Master of Science in Endodontics with Distinction from the University of London in 1990. He was the Chief Dental Officer at the Ministry of Health Singapore and the Registrar of the Singapore Dental Council from 2006-2018.
