Dental Nurse X-ray and Imaging Course

This course will enable dental nurses and auxilliary staff to use Dentsply Sirona Imaging equipment safely and in accordance with UK guidelines.

Learning Content

• This course will provide the learner with an understanding of:
• How to operate Dentsply Sirona x-ray equipment
• Patient positioning 
• Use Dentsply Sirona x-ray and imaging products safely whilst in the dental surgery
• This course will focus on Heliodent Intra oral x-ray, XIOS® products and holders, Panoramic and CBCT

Aims & Objectives

• Dental x-ray and imaging focusing on safety and positioning
• All options and programmes associated with Dentsply Sirona x-ray and Imaging hardware
• The basic administration functions within Sidexis® 4 software
• How to operate Heliodent Intra Oral X ray units, XIOS products and holders, Panoramic and CBCT imaging products in the current Dentsply Sirona portfolio

The fee to attend this course is £50.00 excluding VAT.  However we do offer x1 free place if your clinician has attended the CBCT Level 2 Part A
