On February 2-3, 2025, dental professionals gathered at the Grand Hyatt Dubai for an extraordinary two-day event themed "Pioneers of Digital Dentistry." Some 1200 participants from over 50 countries registered for the event. DS World Dubai 2025 brought the dental community together for the third time in Dubai to experience high quality clinical education, networking opportunities, and cutting-edge advancements. Participants experienced firsthand the latest in digital dental innovation and workflows that are shaping the future of connected dentistry all in a truly memorable atmosphere.

Charlotte. Dentsply Sirona’s flagship clinical education series delivered an exceptional program designed to empower dental professionals and advance with confidence. From hands-on workshops led by local and international experts to vibrant networking opportunities, the event offered attendees an inspiring blend of education and engagement.

The program featured specialized workshops by leading clinicians, offering practical insights into the transformative power of digital dentistry. Some of the program highlights:

- Ortho Workshop: Dr. Nour Salman presented “With SureSmile we simplify the complex.”

- Implants Workshop: Dr. Mischa Krebs led a session on “Exploring the Efficacy of Digital Technologies in Full Arch Reconstructions.”

- CAD/CAM Workshop: Dr. Baraa AlSrouji presented, “The Digital Workflow in Smile Makeovers and Full Mouth Rehabilitations.”

Sessions were moderated by Prof. Doaa Taha, Associate Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Ain-Shams University and New Giza University and Prof. Reham ElBasty, Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University.

For the first time in the UAE, a model of a planned dental-dedicated Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ddMRI) scanner has been presented at the exhibition area of the Dentsply Sirona booth. The ddMRI system is being developed in partnership with Siemens Healthineers, Dentsply Sirona, and leading scientists from renowned dental universities in Europe and the USA.

In addition to the clinical education program, participants could see and experience Dentsply Sirona’s latest solutions and innovations including Primeprint Solution, Primescan® Connect, DS PrimeTaper, and the X-Smart® Pro+ endodontic motor among many others.

Participants not only advanced their clinical skills but also connected with peers and industry leaders in an environment that lent itself to sharing experiences and broadening horizons. The highlight of the social program was a formal dinner on February 3 at which participants could share their professional experiences and knowledge in an unforgettable setting.
