Subscribe to DS Core Care within 30 days of device installation to benefit from digital-enabled and efficient service. As our valued customer, we look to provide you the service you need, when you need it.

On this page you will find information on how to register for DS Core Care along with different ways to find equipment support with DS Core Care. Register for DS Core Care

Registration for DS Core Care is easier than ever. You need to have a DS Core account to register for DS Core Care. Watch the instructional video or follow the instructions below to register:

  1. Go to dscore.com and create your DS Core account. In case you already have a DS Core account, log-in and continue with step 3. 
  2. After receiving a notification of your successful validation1, open dscore.com and login with your account. 
  3. Go to dscore.com and navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab by opening your profile and selecting “Practice” or "Lab Configuration". 
  4. Select the respective device(s) under “DS Core Care Protection” and start the ordering by clicking “Protect devices”2
  5. Follow the order process and confirm your order. Your devices are protected effective immediately from the date of installation.

Preventive Maintenance: Annual preventive maintenance performed by a qualified service technician to protect efficiency and help extend the lifetime of your equipment. Includes maintenance kit and labour.

 

For Primescan Connect Customers:

Express Replacement: After remote diagnosis, a replacement Primescan Connect will be shipped on the next business day3 . Labour and travel costs included.

Spare Parts: Quick supply of spare parts from the original manufacturer to help minimise downtime and avoid additional costs. 

Accidental Coverage: Receive a replacement Primescan handpiece in case of unexpected incidents or even accidental damages. Up to a maximum of 2 replacements within your 3-year DS Core Care subscription.

 

For CEREC Primescan AC Customers:

  2. Registration must be completed within 30 days after installing your device.
  3. Where available.The time required for you to receive the replacement will be dependent on your location.
    * DS Core Care may only be available for certain types of equipment. Please contact your Dentsply Sirona Specialist for more information.
    * Fast Service Clarification will only be available for any of your equipment that has been registered in Dentsply Sirona's product services database.
