To find answers to frequently asked questions about your email and password, select a topic below:
If you’ve registered your account with an email you can no longer access, you’ll need to call Customer Support at 0800 336 877.
If you forgot your password, you can still reset by following these directions:
1. Click Sign in/Register in the top-right corner of the Dentsplysirona.com homepage
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address connected to your account, then select Send Email Verification
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to your inbox, then select Verify Code
5. Enter your new password, then confirm your new password. Select Continue
6. Your password has been reset and you may log back in with your new password
To reset your password when logged in, follow these directions:
1. Hover over your name in the top-right corner of DentsplySirona.com and select My Account
2. Select My Profile in your account dashboard
3. Select Update Password in your account dashboard
4. Enter your credentials and updated password, then select Continue to confirm
