Dentsply Sirona announces OSSIX Agile™ – a long-lasting pericardium membrane for bone and tissue regeneration

Dentsply Sirona has expanded its range of OSSIX® with the launch of OSSIX Agile™. The innovative pericardium membrane is powered by GLYMATRIX® technology to provide a long-lasting barrier effect for bone and tissue regeneration, excellent biocompatibility, and easy handling.

Charlotte, December 12, 2023. As the latest member of the OSSIX® family of solutions, OSSIX Agile™ is an innovative pericardium membrane, powered by GLYMATRIX®, scientifically proven to assure a long-lasting barrier effect and predictable results.

The pericardium membrane along with the GLYMATRIX® sugar cross-linking properties of OSSIX Agile™ provides longevity and biocompatibility, resulting in low host reactions and a long-lasting barrier effect.
Meanwhile, the high-tensile force and tear resistance of pericardium raw material means that OSSIX Agile™ can be adjusted to fit various indications and techniques and can be fixated with tacks, sutures, or screws – potentially reducing overall chair time.
