If you've placed an order through a Dentsply Sirona sales representative but haven't created an online account, you still need to register before shopping online. You can register by following the instructions provided and selecting Existing Customer when prompted. If you've never shopped with Dentsply Sirona online or offline, you must register as a Brand-New Customer.
If you’ve never purchased from Dentsply Sirona, whether online or through a sales representative, please register as a brand-new customer:
1. Select Sign In/Register on at the top-right corner of the DentsplySirona.com homepage
2. Select Register, then select Sign Up Now
3. Enter your personal details and then select Create Online Login
4. Verify your email via the verification code sent to the email address you’ve provided
5. Select I'm a brand-new customer, then Continue to Account Details
6. Enter your practice details, then select Save & Continue
7. Select your practice billing address, then select Use Selected Address
8. Select whether you’d like to opt into the DS Points Plus program
Your account is now pending validation. This process can take up to 5 business days. Once your account is validated, you may shop Dentsply Sirona’s online catalog
If you’ve shopped through a sales representative but never purchased from DentsplySirona.com, you need to register as an existing customer in order to shop the online catalog:
1. Select Sign In/Register on at the top-right corner of the DentsplySirona.com homepage
2. Select Register, then select Sign Up Now
3. Enter your personal details and then select Create Online Login
4. Verify your email via the verification code sent to the email address you’ve provided
5. Select I have an existing Dentsply Sirona account number, then select Continue to Account Details
6. If you’re an existing Dentsply Sirona customer, you can find your account number on a Dentsply Sirona invoice. Enter your account number and zip code, and select Find My Account
If you receive an error after entering your account number, please call Customer Service.
7. If the account is correct, select Use Selected Practice
8. Select whether you’d like to opt into the DS Points Plus program
9. Shop and discover DentsplySirona.com—and don’t forget to sign up for continuing education courses too!
You can find your customer number on an old invoice. As an alternative, you can register as a new customer, and we will match your account to your practice.
If your practice or lab has an online account on dentsplysirona.com already, you can create an individual login and shop on parts of the company account.
Follow the instructions on how to register as an existing customer above. Once you entered the account number and postal code of your company, it will suggest you to request access to join the existing account.
After sending the request, the practice administrator of this account will receive an email and can accept your request.
If you don't get access within 7 days or don't know who is the practice administrator of the company account to reach out, feel free to contact Customer Service.
If a practice administrator has invited you to join their practice on DentsplySirona.com, you have 7 days to access the invite sent to your email address. After 7 days, you’ll need to request a new link from your practice administrator.
Once you register, your account will need to be verified by our Account Maintenance team to complete the registration process. After they verify your account, you’ll be able to see pricing and add items to your cart. However, you can still browse and sign up for courses without verification.
If you are the administrator of an account, you can add several users to enable your colleagues or employees to shop online through the same account with individual login credentials. Go to User Access Management and click on "Invite Member". Enter the email address of the person that you would like to invite to your practice. They will receive an invitation email to join the account. Once accepted, users will have their default role set to Member, which can be updated by an Admin through the User Access Management page at any time. You can invite multiple members by separating each email address with a comma.
There could be two reasons why you don't see prices after registering:
You must be logged in and have added your practice/lab details to see prices. If you do not have an account, click here to create an account. If you’re logged in and a price is unavailable, that product must be ordered through Customer Service. You can do this by clicking the Call button or contacting Customer Service.
