Panoramic Radiographic data acquisition is critical for optimum diagnosis and treatment planning as well as sequencing therapy. The course will review the foundation for systematic evaluation of panoramic images. In addition, the course will discuss the normal anatomic landmarks as well common abnormalities seen in panoramic radiographs
Learning Objectives:
- Identify head positioning errors and their effect on accurate diagnosis and interpretation of the images
- Identify normal anatomy on panoramic radiographs.
- Identify abnormal anatomy and pathology on panoramic radiographs
This course is intended for dental professionals or students with a basic understanding of dental terminology, practice, and proficiency.
