Multiple Packages (Partial Shipments)
Please note that we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment we send you. However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to certain shipping restrictions, not all DS.com merchandise can be shipped via our priority services (One-, Two- and Same-Day) or sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or APO/FPO military addresses. All overnight shipping orders must be placed by 2:30 pm CT in order to arrive on time. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. For APO/FPO product and zip code restrictions, please call 1-833-372-8255.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Customers: Due to air transport safety regulations, certain items (e.g. pressurized spray cans) that contain regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
*Online orders over $500.00 with Endodontic, Implant, and Orthodontic items qualify for free standard ground shipping, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico excluded.
