Who can attend DS World?

DS World is a three-day educational event designed for all in the dental practice and/or the dental lab– dentists, specialists, hygienists, technicians, front office, etc.! We also have Guest registration options for those who choose to join you during your time in Las Vegas!

When should I plan to arrive/depart Las Vegas?

DS World 2025 begins the morning of Thursday, September 25 and the last sessions end at 3PM on Saturday, September 27. We recommend arriving on or before Wednesday, September 24 and departing on or after Sunday, September 28.

What's the cancellation/refund policy if I change my mind later?

Cancellations made prior to July 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET will be subject to a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 11:59 PM ET on July 14, 2025 through September 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET will be subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations requested after 11:59 PM ET on September 2, 2025. These cancellation time frames and corresponding refund amounts apply to all registration types, including VIP & Entertainment Only passes.
