With Dentsply Sirona, using CEREC Guide 3, you can work with the security of a precise “fully guided” procedure. This means all surgical steps, from soft-tissue punch to implant insertion, are performed with the guide in place. “The Sleeve-on-Drill” system by Dentsply Sirona replaces the drill keys otherwise used in guided surgery. The pre-mounted guiding sleeves save you an assisting hand and ensure the precise transfer of the planned implant procedure to the real surgery. No freehand surgery can match this accuracy. CEREC Guide 3 is compatible with the three premium implant systems, Ankylos, Astra Tech Implant System and Xive.

CEREC means much more than just restorations. The system falls under the concept of integrated implantology and supports you in implantology from the start. Using the recommended implant planning, a prosthetic proposal created with CEREC can be integrated into a 3D data record so that clinical and esthetic facial points can be taken into account at the same time. Based on this data, users can create both an extremely cost-effective surgical guide as well as the temporary restoration. CEREC gives you and your patients the option of reducing the number of visits.
With CEREC you can place high-quality implants with customized abutments or with screw-retained crowns in a single visit. The process is just as easy as with conventional restorations: After taking a digital impression of the implant using the Primescan or Omnicam, the abutment and crown are designed using the CEREC Software in a single step. The final or temporary restoration is then milled in the CEREC milling unit – there has never been such a wide selection of materials for this.

CEREC Guide 2 can be produced fast and inexpensive within your practice using SICAT Implant Software, CEREC Software and a CEREC milling unit.
SICAT and Simplant both offer you various guide solutions for single or multiple implants and in addition to tooth-supported cases also a solution for mucosa-supported cases. You can order your SICAT Guide directly via SICAT Implant for many different implant systems. With each SICAT order, your planning data is cross-checked.
