The Digital Journey from Diagnosis to Treatment

この発表では、最新のテクノロジー、材料、クラウドベースのコンピューティングを使用して、効率と生産性を最大化するための新しいワークフローを評価する。診断や患者の症例受け入れ率向上に役立つ、患者や検査機関との新しいコミュニケーション方法についても触れる。インレーのみ、クラウン、ブリッジなどの修復物の 1回法の設計と製造とともに、ラボ連携によるデジタル イメージングを利用した修復治療に焦点を当てる。 デジタルインプラントのワークフローについても説明し、インプラント計画、ガイド付き手術、修復のオプションを検討する。
This presentation will evaluate new workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity using the latest technology, materials and cloud-based computing. We will discuss new ways to communicate with patients and labs that will aid in diagnosis and case acceptance. There will be a focus on restorative dentistry utilizing digital imaging with lab submission, along with single visit design and manufacture of restorations such as inlay/only, crown and bridge. Digital implant workflows will also be discussed, exploring implant planning, guided surgery and restoration options.

Dr. Dan Butterman

Dr. Daniel Butterman is a general dentist in Centennial, Colorado with a practice emphasis on Implant and CAD/CAM dentistry. He is also the Faculty Chair of CDOCS, and lectures and trains dentists throughout the United States and internationally. In 1994, he graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Butterman also is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute, and was awarded the Mastership Certification by the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA）and the Fellowship Certification by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) . He also is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.

Using digital technology to achieve the optimal pink and white aesthetics in implant dentistry. From single teeth to full arches

インプラント治療におけるピンク色と白色のバランスが調和すると、修復物は口の中で本物のように見える。しかし、インプラント治療は、抜歯を行うと硬組織と軟組織が通常は吸収を伴って再構築されるため、これを達成する上で特有の課題に直面する。硬組織と軟組織を保存して再構築し、理想的なバランスを再現することは、インプラントの審美性における基本的な柱である。
When the pink-and-white balance in implant dentistry is in harmony, any restoration can disappear into the mouth and look lifelike. However, implant dentistry faces a unique challenge in achieving this because, upon the extraction of any tooth, the hard and soft tissue will remodel, usually with resorption. Preserving and recreating the hard and soft tissue to recreate the ideal balance is a fundamental pillar in implant aesthetics.

マーティン・ワネンデヤ先生は1995年にブリストル大学を卒業。2004年以降、彼はサウスロンドンのクラパムにある、インターディシプリナリー専門紹介クリニックであるテン・デンタルのパートナーを務めており、そこではインプラントおよび審美歯科に特化した診療を行っている。ワネンデヤ先生は、ゲーテ大学フランクフルトの審美歯科修士課程の講師、ペンシルベニア大学ペン歯科医学院の准教授、英国王立外科医学院のインプラント歯科ディプロマ課程の元チューター（同学院から上級レベルのディプロマを授与）。彼はデジタルインプラント歯科およびデジタルスマイルデザインに特に関心を持ち、インプラント歯科のあらゆる側面について国際的に講演を行っている。
Dr. Martin Wanendeya graduated from the University of Bristol in 1995. Since 2004 he has been a partner at Ten Dental, an interdisciplinary specialist referral practice in Clapham, South London where his work is limited to implant and aesthetic dentistry.
He is a lecturer on the Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry Program at Goethe Universite Frankfurt, an Adjunct Associate Professor Penn Dental Medicine, University of Pennsylvania and a former tutor on the diploma in implant dentistry program at the Royal College of Surgeons, England, having been awarded the diploma at advanced level. Dr. Wanendeya has a special interest in digital implant dentistry and digital smile design and has lectured internationally on all aspects of implant dentistry.

Dr. Takanari Miyamoto was selected as one of the "25 Most Outstanding Educators Shaping the Future of Dentistry" by the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation. He is the founder of the Perio Health Institute Japan. Dr. Miyamoto operates Metro West Ortho + Perio where he practices clinical treatment, while also mentoring dentists worldwide.

Dr. Teppei Tsukiyama 築山 鉄平 先生
築山鉄平先生は2001年に九州大学歯学部を卒業後、2006年からタフツ大学歯学部歯周病インプラント科で勤務、2009年には米国歯周病学会歯周病認定医取得、2010年には米国歯科修士を取得。2011年つきやま歯科医院 専門医療センター センター長に就任。Perio Health Institute Japan (PHIJ) 理事。
After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Kyushu University in 2001, Dr. Teppei Tsukiyama began his career. From 2006, he worked in the Periodontology and Implant Dentistry department at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He obtained certification from the American Academy of Periodontology as a Diplomate in Periodontology in 2009, and earned his Master's degree in Dentistry in 2010 from the United States. In 2011, he assumed the role of Center Director at Tsukiyama Dental Clinic's Specialty Medical Center. He also serves as the Director of the Perio Health Institute Japan.

安藤壮吾先生は2006年に朝日大学歯学部を卒業。2012年になみき通り歯科・矯正歯科を開業。予防歯科、ペリオ、インプラント、デジタルデンティストリー等幅広いカテゴリーをカバーされている。日本歯周病学会認定医、歯周病専門医、EAO認定、口腔インプラント学会（JSOI）認定医、Perio Health Institute Japan (PHIJ) 共同理事、Osseointegration Study Club of Japan (O.J.)理事、PrimeX 創設メンバー。
Dr. Syogo Ando graduated from Asahi University School of Dentistry in 2006. In 2012, he opened Namiki Dori Dental and Orthodontic Clinic. He covers a wide range of categories including preventive dentistry, periodontics, implants, and digital dentistry. He is a certified periodontist and periodontics specialist by the Japanese Society of Periodontology, and certified by the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) and the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology（JSOI). He is the co-director of the Perio Health Institute Japan(PHIJ), a board member of the Osseointegration Study Club of Japan (O.J.）, and a founder of PrimeX.

Comprehensive orthodontic treatment that is predictable and feasible by SureSmile

矯正歯科治療の本質は顎顔面形態に調和した歯列の獲得にある。セファログラムは３次元の時代においても不正咬合の診断や治療目標を明確化することで治療計画に沿ったゴールに術者を導く事ができるツールとして矯正治療においては、CT画像と同様に現在も必須の診断とされているのはいうまでもない。 筆者の知る限り、SureSmileは、セファロと顎骨のCT DATA、口腔内スキャナによる模型STL DATAの全てを統合できる唯一のメジャーアライナーシステムである。本講演では、SureSmileだからできるインプラントと矯正の融合などを始めとする包括的矯正治療の可能性に関して紹介したい。
The essence of orthodontic treatment is to achieve a dentition that is in harmony with the maxillofacial morphology. Cephalometric is a tool that can guide the surgeon to the goal of the treatment plan by diagnosing malocclusion and clarifying treatment goals in the 3D era. SureSmile is the only major aligner system that can integrate Cephalo, CT data of the jawbone, and model STL data from an intraoral scanner. I would like to introduce the possibility of comprehensive orthodontic treatment, including the integration of implant and orthodontic treatment, which is possible with SureSmile.

Dr. Junichi Watahiki 綿引 淳一 先生
綿引淳一先生は、1999年に昭和大学歯学部を卒業し、同年に昭和大学歯科矯正科に入局。2004年に日本矯正歯科学会の認定医を取得し、昭和大学歯科矯正学大学院を修了し博士号を取得。2006年にはAQUA日本橋DENTAL CLINICを開設し、代表に就任。現在、日本口腔インプラント学会の専修医であり、昭和大学歯科矯正学教室の兼任講師も務めている。また、包括的矯正歯科研究会（IOS）の代表でもある。専門分野は包括的矯正歯科、歯周矯正（オルソ・ペリオ）治療、審美歯科、マイクロスコープ治療、インプラント治療および歯周治療。2022年のSJCD合同例会で優勝、2018年のSJCD東京Award受賞、第114回アメリカ矯正歯科学会でJoseph E. Johnson Clinical Awardを受賞している（2014年）。
Dr. Junichi Watahiki graduated from Showa University of Dentistry in 1999 and joined the Department of Orthodontics at Showa University the same year. In 2004, he became a certified orthodontist by the Japanese Orthodontic Society and completed his doctorate at Showa University's Graduate School of Orthodontics. In 2006, he established AQUA Nihonbashi Dental Clinic and became its director. Currently, he is a certified specialist with the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology and serves as an adjunct lecturer at Showa University's Department of Orthodontics. He is also the president of the Comprehensive Orthodontic Study Group (IOS). His areas of expertise include comprehensive orthodontics, ortho-perio treatment, microsurgery, implant treatment, and periodontal treatment. Dr. Watahiki has won several awards, including first place at the 2022 SJCD Joint Meeting, the SJCD Tokyo Award in 2018, and the Joseph E. Johnson Clinical Award at the 114th American Association of Orthodontists meeting in 2014.

SureSmile × CEREC: Comprehensive Treatment Approach Utilizing Digital Technology

アライナー矯正治療が身近な治療となっている近年、アライナー矯正の特性を理解し一般歯科医はフルマウス矯正やＭＴＭなど自分の力量にあった症例選択をしなくてはならない。今回SureSmileとCEREC treatment にて治療した症例を通じて一般歯科医の私がなぜSureSmileを選択したのか、その特徴と優位性についてお伝えしたいと思います。
As aligner orthodontic treatment has become more and more common in recent years, general dentists need to understand the characteristics of aligner orthodontics and select cases that match their ability, such as full mouth orthodontics and MTM. I would like to explain why I, as a general dentist, chose SureSmile and CEREC treatment and its features and advantages.

Dr. Yuji Kobayashi 小林 祐二 先生
小林先生は、2008年に愛知学院大学歯学部を卒業後、札幌医科大学歯科口腔外科にて臨床研修に従事。2014年に「Youすまいる歯科」を開業し、日本歯周病学会および日本臨床歯科CADCAM学会の会員として、常に最新の知識と技術を習得し、実践している。デジタル時代の診査・診断や口腔内スキャナーの活用法、そして、アライナー矯正治療とデジタル歯科治療に関する講演会を行い、多くの歯科医師に影響を与えている。
Dr. Kobayashi graduated from Aichi Gakuin University School of Dentistry in 2008 and then completed his clinical training in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Sapporo Medical University. In 2014, he opened "You Smile Dental Clinic." As a member of the Japanese Society of Periodontology and the Japanese Society of Clinical Dental CADCAM, he continuously acquires and applies the latest knowledge and techniques. Drawing on his extensive experience and advanced expertise, Dr. Kobayashi lectures on aligner orthodontic treatment and digital dentistry, influencing many dental professionals.

Dr. Mark Ludlow is the Section Head of Implant Dentistry, Digital Dentistry, and Removable Prosthodontics at the University of Utah School of Dentistry. He completed his DMD dental training at the University of Connectcut and received his MS in prosthodontics from the University of North Carolina. As a practicing and teaching prosthodonist, Dr. Ludlow's passion is in the development and integration of digital technology in the practice of everyday implant and restorative dentistry.

Keys to Success in Aligner Orthodontic Treatment: Case Selection and Treatment Planning Tailored to Aligner Characteristics

アライナー矯正治療法は、その登場から現在まで技術革新によりとどまることなく且つ急速に進歩している。その新しい知見や臨床手技をタイムリーに吸収し臨床応用することで、患者様に良質な矯正歯科医療を提供することが求められている。本矯正治療法においては、歯科矯正学の基礎知識が土台となることはもちろん、加えてアライナー矯正治療法の特性を加味した治療計画の立案や治療途中におけるモニタリングが必要となる。今回このアライナー矯正治療法の特性から考えうる非適応症例や治療途中で起こる問題点とその解決策に焦点を絞って解説する。本講演が先生方の臨床の一助となれば幸いである。
Aligner orthodontic treatment has seen continuous and rapid advancements due to technological innovations since its inception. It is essential to promptly integrate new knowledge and clinical techniques into practice to provide high-quality orthodontic care to patients. This treatment method requires not only a solid foundation in orthodontics but also the ability to develop treatment plans and monitor progress, taking into account the unique characteristics of aligner therapy. This lecture will focus on identifying contraindications and addressing potential issues that may arise during aligner treatment. I hope this presentation will be beneficial to your clinical practice.

Dr. Shinya Matsuoka 松岡 伸也 先生
松岡伸也先生は、日本で初めてインビザライン（元ファカルティ）を導入し、アライナー矯正治療を開始した第一人者。2005年にハーバード大学で学び、日本に導入。鶴見大学卒業後、東京医科歯科大学で矯正治療の基礎を学び、所沢にてまつおか矯正歯科クリニックを開業。ワイヤー矯正に十数年従事し、3,000を超えるアライナー症例を経験。日本矯正歯科学会認定医であり、松岡塾では多くの歯科医師にアライナー矯正の教育を行っている。
Dr. Shinya Matsuoka pioneered the introduction of the Invisalign system in Japan, studying its fundamentals at Harvard Dental School in 2005 before bringing it to Japan. A graduate of Tsurumi University, he furthered his orthodontic training at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He later opened the Matsuoka Orthodontic Clinic in Tokorozawa, offering high-quality care.
With over a decade of experience in traditional wire braces, Dr. Matsuoka has handled over 3,000 cases using clear aligners. He also educates dental professionals and leads "Matsuoka Juku," teaching the essentials of aligner orthodontic treatment. He is a certified member of the Japanese Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Masami Arai opened Ms Dental Clinic in 2003. In the following year 2004, he became the Chairman of the Shohukai Medical Corporation. Today, he has established 11 clinics throughout the Kanto region. He leads a busy life acquiring the latest dental knowledge and giving lectures both domestically and internationally. He is involved in numerous lectures and writing activities. He is the Chief Advisor of the study group MID-G and the Lead Founder of PrimeX.

金澤学教授は2002年に東京医科歯科大学 歯学部を卒業後、同大学 大学院医歯学総合研究科全部床義歯補綴学分野 博士課程を修了。現在は同大学 大学院医歯学総合研究科 医歯学専攻 老化制御学講座 高齢者歯科学分野 教授として活躍されている。デジタル全般に精通されているが、特にデジタルデンチャーにおける第一人者。PrimeX 創設メンバー。
Prof. Manabu Kanazawa graduated from Tokyo Medical and Dental University School of Dentistry in 2002 and completed his doctoral program in Complete Denture Prosthodontics at the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences at the same university. Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Gerodontology, Division of Aging Control, Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. While he is well-versed in all aspects of digital dentistry, he is particularly renowned as a leading expert in digital dentures. He is also a founder of PrimeX.

高垣智博先生は2004年に東京医科歯科大学歯学部を卒業。2008年 に同大学 大学院医歯学総合研究科修了。2021年には朝日大学歯学部歯冠修復学 准教授に就任。接着や形成等歯冠修復に関するエキスパート。主要なほぼすべてのメーカーとコラボレーションされ、レクチャラー、アドバイザーとして活躍されている。PrimeX 創設メンバー。
Dr. Tomohiro Takagaki graduated from Tokyo Medical and Dental University School of Dentistory in 2004 and completed his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences at the same university in 2008. In 2021, he was appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics at Asahi University School of Dentistry. He is an expert in crown and bridge prosthodontics, particularly in adhesion and cavity preparation. Dr. Takagaki is involved with nearly all major manufacturers as a lecturer and advisor. He is also a founder of PrimeX.
Dr. Goro Hashimura 橋村 吾郎 先生
橋村吾郎先生は2001年にインプラント治療を開始。インプラント治療、審美治療、咬合治療に力を注ぐ。2009年にオーキッド歯科クリニックの開業に合わせオールオン４治療を開始。2013年からインプラント講師を務め、国内外で多数の公演を開催。同時に自身が主催を務めるスタディーグループで歯科医療向上に尽力している。PrimeX 創設メンバー。
Dr. Goro Hashimura began his career in implant dentistry in 2001, focusing on implants, aesthetic treatments, and occlusal therapy. In 2009, he initiated All-on-4 treatment coinciding with the establishment of Orchid Dental Clinic. Since 2013, he has been teaching implant dentistry and has conducted numerous presentations both domestically and internationally. Concurrently, he dedicates himself to advancing dental care through a study group that he founded. Dr. Hashimura is also a founder of PrimeX.

丸尾勝一郎先生は東京医科歯科大学歯学部卒業後、スカラーシッププログラムにてハーバード大学歯学部インプラント科に留学。現在は医療法人プライムエレメントの理事長として三軒茶屋マルオ歯科・恵比寿マルオ歯科にて診療を行うかたわら、代表取締役として歯科専用動画サイトDENTAL WIDGETの運営に携わる。ITI Fellow、PrimeX 創設メンバー。
After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Dr. Katsuichiro Maruo pursued a scholarship program to study Implantology at Harvard University's School of Dental Medicine. Presently, he serves as Chairman of the Prime Element Medical Corporation, overseeing clinical practice at Sangenjaya Maruo Dental Clinic and Ebisu Maruo Dental Clinic. Additionally, he plays a key role as CEO in managing DENTAL WIDGET, a specialized dental video platform. Dr. Maruo is recognized as an ITI Fellow and is also a founding member of PrimeX.

世界のトレンドが「Patient-oriented- treatment」に向かう中, インプラント治療への要望の多様化や, 多岐にわたる主訴に応じた医療を提供することが求められている. 一方でインプラント治療に必要不可欠なデジタルソリューションの進化や, 付随するマテリアルも日進月歩を辿っており, 最適な治療計画に準ずる標準化された結果をもたらすことが可能となった.「科学の継承」を軸としたDS PrimeTaperは, 様々なニーズに対応可能な臨床的拡張性を備えたシステムであると考えている.今回, デザインから考察する適応症やデジタルガイドの重要性を紐解き, 臨床統計やデンツプライシロナのデジタルインプラントデンティストリーの展望についても症例をもとに紹介する.
As global trends move toward "Patient-oriented treatment," requests for implant treatment are diversifying, and there is a need to provide medical care that responds to a wide variety of chief complaints. With the evolution of digital solutions and the accompanying materials, it has become possible to deliver standardized results in accordance with the optimal treatment plan. We believe DS PrimeTaper is a system with clinical scalability that can meet your needs. This time, we will explain the indications considered from the design and the importance of digital guides, and discuss clinical statistics and the outlook for Dentsply Sirona's digital implant dentistry. I will also introduce this based on a case study.

前田貢先生は、北海道医療大学を卒業、東海大学医学部付属病院口腔外科教室、東京慈恵会医科大学病院第３病院歯科口腔外科教室の勤務を経て、現在東京都港区にOral Dent Clinicを開業。日本口腔インプラント学会の専門医を取得、日本口腔インプラント学会の倫理審査委員会委員・代議委員に就任。また、国際口腔インプラント学会の専門医も取得。2014年よりAstra Tech Implant System および Simplantの講師を務められている。
Dr. Mistugi Maeda graduated from Health Sciences University of Hokkaido, and worked at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tokai University Hospital and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Jikei University Daisan Hospital. Currently he openned Oral Dent Clinic in the center of Tokyo. He is a specialist at the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology, and serves as a member and representative of the ethical review committee oth the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology. He is also a specialist at the International Society of Oral Implantology. He has been a lecturer on the Astra Tech Implant System and Simplant since 2014.

SureSmile: Transforming Patient Happiness

アライナー矯正は本当に大丈夫なのかという疑問に答えます。ここまでできる、これは難しいなど手をつけやすいケースを説明しながら、当院の衛生士がカウンセリング時に気を付けている点をお話しします。患者様に「やってみたい」と思わせる説明のポイントや「この矯正治療は安心・安全だね」と納得していただくコンサルテーションのポイントなど盛りだくさんです。患者さんだけでなく、衛生士さん助手さんたちの仕事が明日から楽しくなれるお手伝いができれば幸いです。
This session will answer the question of whether aligner orthodontics is really safe. I will explain easy-to-handle cases such as "this much can be done" and "this is difficult," while discussing points that our hygienists keep in mind during the consultation. There will be many points of explanation that make patients want to try it, and points of consultation that convince them that this orthodontic treatment is safe and secure. I hope I can help not only patients but also hygienists and assistants to enjoy their work from tomorrow.

Dr. Koichi Matsuo 松尾幸一 先生
松尾幸一先生は1995年に日本歯科大学を卒業後、須藤歯科医院やあいはら歯科医院で勤務。2000年に中野デンタルクリニックを開設し、2002年に医療法人社団幸友会の理事長に就任。2019年にはインプラントセンターと訪問診療センターを開設。30編以上の臨床論文を執筆し、2023年に「歯科医がなおすガミースマイル」を発表。2021年からSureSmileアライナーを導入し、約300名の症例を行っている。
Dr. Koichi Matsuo graduated from Nihon University of Dentistry in 1995 and began his career at Sudo Dental Clinic. He later gained extensive experience at Aihara Dental Clinic. In 2000, he founded Nakano Dental Clinic and became the chairman of Koyuukai Medical Corporation in 2002. He established the Esthetic Center in 2003 and opened the Implant and Home Visit Dental Centers in 2019, advancing regional healthcare.
Dr. Matsuo has authored over 30 clinical papers and published "How Dentists Treat Gummy Smiles" in 2023. Since 2021, he has treated over 300 cases using SureSmile aligners. His knowledge and expertise are highly regarded by patients and colleagues.

Usefulness of in-house manufacturing & 3D Printer by CEREC

CEREC Primescan がその他のIntra-Oral Scanner に比べて優れているのは、高速・高精度な院内ミリングマシンによるOVTができること、また、DS Coreによるデータ共有で、院内の3Dプリンターでデジタルモデルやサージカルガイド、プロビジョナルなどのレジンワークを完結できるなど、歯科医院のチェアサイドで多角的にシームレスに運用できることである。今後人的資源（技工士）の減少が予想される中、院内のデジタル・ソリューションにより解決できることは多い。当院での取り組みについて症例を交えて供覧したい。
What makes CEREC Primescan superior to other Intra-Oral Scanners is that it can perform OVT using a high-speed, high-precision in-office milling machine, and with data sharing via DS Core, digital models and surgical guides can be completed on an in-office 3D printer, The DS Core data sharing system enables seamless operation from multiple angles at the chairside of the dental clinic, including the ability to complete resin work such as digital models, surgical guides, and provisional restorations using in-office 3D printers. As human resources (technicians) are expected to decrease in the future, there are many solutions that can be provided by in-office digital solutions. I would like to present our clinic's approach with case examples.

Dr. Yukio Kusama was one of the first to focus on the usefulness of chairside CAD/CAM. Impact of DS Core and CEREC IOS

CEREC Primescan による院内のデジタルソリューションでは、単冠修復や 3~4ユニットのブリッジなどで、 およそ7割ほどは完結することが可能だが、大きな補綴物や高い審美性が必要なケースでは、デジタルデータをクラウド経由で外注技工にオーダーすることとなる。従前のConnect Case Center ではデータの送受信が主たる機能であったが、医療データの秘匿性や安全性、そしてストレージ機能を持たせた新しいクラウドサービスが昨年より提供が開始された。それが「DS Core」である。接続性と拡張性の進化の可能性を持つ新しいクラウドサービスについて、その有意性を供覧する。
In-house digital solutions using CEREC Primescan can complete about 70% of single crown restorations and 3- to 4-unit bridges, but for large restorations or cases requiring high esthetic quality, digital data is ordered from subcontractors via cloud computing. While the previous Connect Case Center's main function was to send and receive data, a new cloud service was launched last year to provide confidentiality, security, and storage of medical data. This is DS Core. The significance of new cloud services with the potential for evolution of connectivity and scalability will be offered.

DSプライムテーパーは伝統的なマイクロスレッド形状に加え新しいスレッドデザインを得ることにより、単に埋入トルクを向上させるのではなく、高い初期安定性を得ることが可能となった.
高い初期安定性を得ることは、即時もしくは早期埋入や一回法を選択することができ、術者、患者双方に従来にはないメリットを享受することができる。
そして、その効果を最大限に活用するためには術前の診査診断、そして計画通りの埋入ポジションを獲得することが重要である。
本講演では、診査診断から得られる情報をもとに症例にあったドリルプロトコールの選択法など症例を供覧しながら解説する.

In order to make the most of its effects, it is important to perform a preoperative examination and diagnosis and to obtain the implantation position as planned.
In this lecture, I will explain how to select a drill protocol suitable for each case based on information obtained from examination and diagnosis while showing case studies.

中山雪詩先生は、2010年に福岡歯科大学を卒業。卒業後、佐賀大学医学部歯科口腔外科に勤務され、2014年より医療法人社団敬愛会佐賀記念病院 歯科口腔外科 部長に就任され、現在に至る。2014年に日本口腔外科学会認定口腔外科認定医、2024年には専門医を取得、また、2024年に日本口腔インプラント学会専門医を取得されている。国内学会での多くの発表、また文献を出しており、特にガイデットサージェリーやナビゲーションシステムの臨床研究を多数発表している。
Dr. Yukishi Nakayama graduated form Fukuoka Dental College in 2010. After graduation, he worked in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Faculty of Medicine, Saga University, and from 2014 to present, he was appointed Director of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Saga Memorial Hospital. He became a certified oral surgeon by the Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2014, the Specialist in 2024, and became a specialist of the Japanese Society of Oral Impantology in 2024. He has made many presentation at domestic conference and published schentific documents, paticulary on clinical research into guided surgery and navigation systems.

歯科界のデジタル化が急速に進むことにより、医療従事者の術式も変化してきた。例えば種々のデータをラボソフトで重ね合わせることで、今まで見えなかったものが可視化され、歯科医師と歯科技工士の連携や患者へのアプローチも容易になってきた。しかし、医療情報と個人情報を取り扱う我々にとって、デジタルツールの利便性だけを求めるのでなく、セキュリティの知識習得やそれに基づいたデータ管理、つまりデータマネジメントを徹底しなくてはならない。
この講演では、弊社がデジタル草創期からどのようにデータを取り扱ってきたか、またデンツプライシロナのクラウド“DS core”を使用して、歯科医院と歯科技工所のデータ連携方法を述べたい。
The rapid progress of digitization in dentistry has changed the way medical professionals operate. For example, by superimposing various data with labo software, the previously invisible can now be visualized, and collaboration between dentists and dental technicians and their approach to patients has become easier. However, for those of us who handle medical and personal information, we must not only seek the convenience of digital tools, but must also acquire knowledge of security and manage data based on that knowledge, in other words, we must ensure data management.
In this presentation, I would like to explain how we have been handling data since the early days of digitalization and how we can use Dentsplysirona's cloud "DS core" to link data between dental clinics and dental laboratories.

Graduated from Shin-Osaka Dental Technician College. After graduation, she was appointed as a certified instructor of the Japan Dental Technologists Association, a part-time instructor of Osaka University Dental Technologist School, and a part-time instructor of Shin-osaka College of Dental Technology, and obtained certification from the Japanese Society of Digital Dentistry. Appointed Vice President of the Japan Dental Technologists Association since July 2024. Appointed as Director of the Japanese Academy of Dental Technology.Currently, She is the Executive Director of Dental Digital Operation, Inc. and also gives lectures and workshops to dentists, dental professionals, and students.

世界初の歯科用CAD/CAMシステムであるCERECでは、口腔内スキャナーと修復物の設計、製作装置の全てを備えた一体のシステムとして開発された経緯があり、現在の最新機種に至るまで従来の練成印象採得や模型製作を行わずに、即時に歯冠修復物を院内で製作することが可能である。１回の通院で支台形成から技工物の装着までを完了することが可能となるため、患者に不快感のある複数回の麻酔、練成印象採得および暫間修復が不要となり、健全歯質を多く保存することができるなど、多くの臨床的利点を有する。本講演では最新のCERECシステムの概要のほか、ガラスセラミックとジルコニアを用いた即日歯冠修復の臨床の要点を解説したい。
CEREC, the world's first CAD/CAM system for dental use, was developed as an all-in-one system that includes an intraoral scanner, restoration design, and manufacturing equipment, and even the latest models can fabricate crown restorations immediately in the clinic without the need for conventional impression taking and model making. This system has many clinical advantages, including the ability to complete the entire process from preparation of tooth crown to dental prosthetics cementation in a single visit, eliminating the need for multiple anesthesia, impression taking, and temporary restorations, which can be uncomfortable for the patient, and preserving more healthy tooth structure. In this presentation, I will give an overview of the latest CEREC system as well as the clinical aspects of same-day crown restorations using glass ceramic and zirconia.

風間龍之輔先生は2004年に新潟大学大学院医歯学総合研究科を修了。2008年には東京医科歯科大学へ特任助教として赴任後、2010年にはCERECを開発したチューリッヒ大学へ留学されメルマン教授に師事。2019年にカザマデンタルクリニックを開業。現在は東京医科歯科大学にて非常勤講師として研究および教育活動に携わる傍ら、自院において専門性を活かした最新治療の提供、学会の講演等においてセラミック治療の正しい臨床応用法の指導を行うなどご尽力されている。
Dr. Ryunosuke Kazama graduated from Faculty of Dentistry Niigata University in 2004, and was appointed to Tokyo Medical and Dental University as an Assistant Professor in 2008, and then to the University of Zurich in 2010, where he studied under Professor Mörmann, who developed CEREC. He is currently involved in research and educational activities as a part-time lecturer at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, while at the same time providing the latest treatments at his own clinic by utilizing his expertise and teaching the correct clinical application of ceramic treatment in lectures at academic conferences.

講演や登壇を通じ、素晴らしいプレゼンスを発揮していただく機会をご提供したいという考えに基づき、新たにつくられた女性歯科医師への、Speaker Development Programを発足いたしました。 この度は、WDC(女性歯科医師の会）の大久保恵子先生から、歯科業界における女性歯科医師の現状、及びニーズをご講演いただく。海外からは、実際にFirstTo50プログラムを受講されたDr.Nimet Adatia先生から、本プログラムの有用性をお話いただく。
The FirstTo50 program will continue to expand our educational programs and events to include more women speakers.
We have launched a newly created Speaker Development Program for women dentists, based on our desire to provide an opportunity for women dentists to have a great presence through lectures and speaking engagements in the future. Dr. Keiko Okubo of WDC (Women Dentist Club) will give a lecture on the current situation and needs of female dentists in the dental industry. From overseas, Dr. Nimet Adatia will join from Canada through On-line. She attended the FirstTo50 program in Canada and will talk about merits through the program from an expert point of view. Then there will be panel discussion.

ニメット・アダティア先生は、アルバータ大学でDDS（歯科医師）を取得。卒業後、ノースカロライナ州に移り、ノースカロライナ大学チャペルヒル校で3年間の更なる研修を受け、補綴学の修士号と証明書を取得。カナダ王立歯科医師会の補綴学のフェロー。アダティア先生は、故郷であるアルバータ州カルガリーで補綴学を専門とする唯一の女性として10年以上活躍し、補綴学およびインプラントの外科的埋入に関して多数の研修と実践経験を持ち、ノースカロライナ大学でティーチングフェローとして教鞭を執り、現在は国内外でインプラントおよび補綴学に関する講義を行っている。彼女の臨床アプローチは、歯のある患者と無歯顎の患者のためにデジタル技術を活用し、シームレスなワークフローを実現することを重視している。
Dr. Nimet Adatia was awarded her DDS from the University of Alberta. After graduating, Dr. Adatia moved to North Carolina where she completed three years of additional training and received both a master’s degree and certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Prosthodontics. Dr. Adatia has been the only woman specializing in Prosthodontics in her hometown Calgary, AB for over a decade. Dr. Adatia has several years of training and practice in Prosthodontics and surgical placement of implants. She has taught at the University of North Carolina as a teaching fellow, and currently lectures both nationally and internationally on dental implants and prosthodontics. Her clinical approach embraces digital technology to create a seamless workflow for dentate and edentulous patients.
Dr. Keiko Okubo 大久保 恵子 先生
大久保恵子先生は1994年に奥羽大学歯学部を修了。2001年にはおおくぼ歯科クリニックを開院。女性歯科医師のスタディグループWoman Dentist Club(WBC)副会長。「生涯自分の歯で過ごす」という理念を掲げ、予防歯科を中心に日々患者と向き合いご活躍されている。
Dr. Keiko Okubo graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Ohu University in 1994. In 2001, she opened Okubo Dental Clinic. She is the Vice President of the Woman Dentist Club (WDC), a study group for female dentists. With the philosophy of "spending a lifetime with one's own teeth," she actively engages with her patients, focusing on preventive dentistry.
