Dr. Dan Butterman

Dr. Daniel Butterman is a general dentist in Centennial, Colorado with a practice emphasis on Implant and CAD/CAM dentistry. He is also the Faculty Chair of CDOCS, and lectures and trains dentists throughout the United States and internationally. In 1994, he graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Butterman also is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute, and was awarded the Mastership Certification by the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA）and the Fellowship Certification by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) . He also is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.

Professor at University of Utah

Dr. Mark Ludlow is the Section Head of Implant Dentistry, Digital Dentistry, and Removable Prosthodontics at the University of Utah School of Dentistry. He completed his DMD dental training at the University of Connectcut and received his MS in prosthodontics from the University of North Carolina. As a practicing and teaching prosthodonist, Dr. Ludlow's passion is in the development and integration of digital technology in the practice of everyday implant and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Martin Wanendeya graduated from the University of Bristol in 1995. Since 2004 he has been a partner at Ten Dental, an interdisciplinary specialist referral practice in Clapham, South London where his work is limited to implant and aesthetic dentistry.

He is a lecturer on the Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry Program at Goethe Universite Frankfurt, an Adjunct Associate Professor Penn Dental Medicine, University of Pennsylvania and a former tutor on the diploma in implant dentistry program at the Royal College of Surgeons, England, having been awarded the diploma at advanced level. Dr. Wanendeya has a special interest in digital implant dentistry and digital smile design and has lectured internationally on all aspects of implant dentistry.

Dr. Nimet Adatia was awarded her DDS from the University of Alberta. After graduating, Dr. Adatia moved to North Carolina where she completed three years of additional training and received both a master’s degree and certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Prosthodontics. Dr. Adatia has been the only woman specializing in Prosthodontics in her hometown Calgary, AB for over a decade. Dr. Adatia has several years of training and practice in Prosthodontics and surgical placement of implants. She has taught at the University of North Carolina as a teaching fellow, and currently lectures both nationally and internationally on dental implants and prosthodontics. Her clinical approach embraces digital technology to create a seamless workflow for dentate and edentulous patients.

Dr. Masami Arai opened Ms Dental Clinic in 2003. In the following year 2004, he became the Chairman of the Shohukai Medical Corporation. Dr. Shogo Ando graduated from Asahi University School of Dentistry in 2006. In 2012, he opened Namiki Dori Dental and Orthodontic Clinic. He covers a wide range of categories including preventive dentistry, periodontics, implants, and digital dentistry. He is a certified periodontist and periodontics specialist by the Japanese Society of Periodontology, and certified by the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) and the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology (JSOI). He is the co-director of the Perio Health Institute Japan(PHIJ), a board member of the Osseointegration Study Club of Japan (O.J), and a founder of PrimeX.

Dr. Keiko Okubo graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Ohu University in 1994. In 2001, she opened Okubo Dental Clinic. She is the Vice President of the Woman Dentist Club (WDC), a study group for female dentists. With the philosophy of "spending a lifetime with one's own teeth," she actively engages with her patients, focusing on preventive dentistry.

Dr. Ryunosuke Kazama 風間 龍之輔先生

Dr. Ryunosuke Kazama graduated from Faculty of Dentistry Niigata University in 2004, and was appointed to Tokyo Medical and Dental University as an Assistant Professor in 2008, and then to the University of Zurich in 2010, where he studied under Professor Mörmann, who developed CEREC. He is currently involved in research and educational activities as a part-time lecturer at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, while at the same time providing the latest treatments at his own clinic by utilizing his expertise and teaching the correct clinical application of ceramic treatment in lectures at academic conferences.

Dr. Manabu Kanazawa 金澤 学 先生（PrimeX）

Prof. Manabu Kanazawa graduated from Tokyo Medical and Dental University School of Dentistry in 2002 and completed his doctoral program in Complete Denture Prosthodontics at the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences at the same university. Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Gerodontology, Division of Aging Control, Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. While he is well-versed in all aspects of digital dentistry, he is particularly renowned as a leading expert in digital dentures. He is also a founder of PrimeX.

Dr. Toshiyuki Kitamichi 北道 敏行 先生

明海大学歯学部卒業後、同歯学部第一口腔外科に入局。2000年に北道歯科医院をご開業。2009年にICDEを取得、翌年にはISCD併設公認国際CERECトレーナーおよびCERECクリニカルコースのトレーナーをご担当。2011年に日本臨床歯科CAD/CAM学会理事関西支部長に就任。2013年に国立大学法人広島大学歯学部非常勤講師、2018年まで同歯学部客員講師を務められ、現在、厚生労働省歯科臨床指導医、日本臨床歯科CAD/CAM学会の会長など多岐に渡りご活躍されている。​

 

After graduating from Meikai University School of Dentistry, he joined the First Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Meikai University School of Dentistry. He opened Kitamichi Dental Clinic in 2000. He obtained his ICDE in 2009, and the following year he became an ISCD-affiliated certified international CEREC trainer and trainer for the CEREC Clinical Course. In 2011, he became the Director of the Japanese Society of Computer Aided Dentistry, Kansai Branch. He served as a part-time lecturer at Hiroshima University School of Dentistry in 2013 and a visiting lecturer at the same Faculty until 2018, and is currently active in a wide range of fields, including serving as a clinical dental supervisor for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and as president of the Japanese Society of Computer Aided Dentistry.

Dr. Yukio Kusama 草間 幸夫 先生

草間幸夫先生はいち早くチェアサイドCAD/CAMの有用性に着目。2014年1月よりISCDのCERECインターナショナルインストラクター講師として国内外問わず指導。2014年「日本臨床歯科CADCAM学会」の初代会長として勤め、デンツプライシロナ公式インストラクターとして活躍する傍ら、セレックシステムに特化したスタディーグループAcademy of Digitalized Dentistry（ADD）を設立。代表・講師として活躍し、普及が目覚ましいデジタルデンティストリーを牽引している。

 

Dr.Yukio Kusama was one of the first to focus on the usefulness of chairside CAD/CAM. Since January 2014, he has been teaching both nationally and internationally as a CEREC International Instructor at ISCD. In 2014, he served as the first President of the "Japanese Society for Clinical Dental CADCAM"  In addition to being an official instructor for Dentsply Sirona Japan,he also founded the Academy of Digitalised Dentistry (ADD), a study group specialising in the CEREC system. He is active as a representative and lecturer and is a driving force behind the remarkable spread of digital dentistry.

Dr. Gunpei Koike 小池 軍平 先生

小池 軍平先生は1996年に神奈川歯科大学をご卒業。1997年には厚生労働省 歯科臨床研修医課程修了。1997年には神奈川歯科大学付属大学院入学 口腔外科学第一講座を専攻。現在は神奈川県横須賀市にてご開業されております。また日本デジタル歯科学会 理事とてご活躍。セレックシステムを導入後、ヨーロッパ、アメリカの著名セレックドクターを訪問し、セレック診療について多くを学んでこられました。１５年ほど前よりセレックを臨床に導入し、日本におけるデジタルデンティストリーのパイオニアのお一人として活躍されて来られました。
現在では、習得されてきた知識を惜しみなく、新たにはじめるセレックドクターへ御教示されるべく、セレック導入検討者向けセミナー講師をはじめ、出張プライベートコース等をこなし、常に受講ドクターへ高い満足を提供されてい

Dr. Gunpei Koike graduated from Kanagawa Dental College in 1996.
In 1997, he completed a clinical dental residency course at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and in 1997, he entered the Kanagawa Dental College Graduate School, majoring in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery I. He is currently practicing in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. He is currently practicing in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. He is also a board member of the Japanese Society of Digital Dentistry. After introducing the CEREC system, he visited prominent CEREC doctors in Europe and the U.S. and learned a lot about CEREC practice. 15 years ago, he introduced CEREC to his clinical practice and has been one of the pioneers of digital dentistry in Japan.
He has been one of the pioneers of digital dentistry in Japan since he introduced CEREC to his practice about 15 years ago. He is now teaching CEREC seminars to those who are considering to introduce CEREC and also giving private courses to new CEREC practitioners.
He always provides high satisfaction to the attending doctors. His casebook “For the Future”, which he produced himself, is highly appreciated even among overseas lecturers.

Dr. Yuji Kobayashi 小林 祐二 先生

小林先生は、2008年に愛知学院大学歯学部を卒業後、札幌医科大学歯科口腔外科にて臨床研修に従事。2014年に「Youすまいる歯科」を開業し、日本歯周病学会および日本臨床歯科CADCAM学会の会員として、常に最新の知識と技術を習得し、実践している。デジタル時代の診査・診断や口腔内スキャナーの活用法、そして、アライナー矯正治療とデジタル歯科治療に関する講演会を行い、多くの歯科医師に影響を与えている。

 

Dr. Kobayashi graduated from Aichi Gakuin University School of Dentistry in 2008 and then completed his clinical training in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Sapporo Medical University. In 2014, he opened "You Smile Dental Clinic." As a member of the Japanese Society of Periodontology and the Japanese Society of Clinical Dental CADCAM, he continuously acquires and applies the latest knowledge and techniques.

Drawing on his extensive experience and advanced expertise, Dr. Kobayashi lectures on aligner orthodontic treatment and digital dentistry, influencing many dental professionals.

Dr. Tomohiro Takagaki 高垣 智博 先生（PrimeX）

高垣智博先生は2004年に東京医科歯科大学歯学部を卒業。2008年 に同大学 大学院医歯学総合研究科修了。2021年には朝日大学歯学部歯冠修復学 准教授に就任。接着や形成等歯冠修復に関するエキスパート。主要なほぼすべてのメーカーとコラボレーションされ、レクチャラー、アドバイザーとして活躍されている。PrimeX 創設メンバー。

Dr. Tomohiro Takagaki graduated from Tokyo Medical and Dental University School of Dentistory in 2004 and completed his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences at the same university in 2008. In 2021, he was appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics at Asahi University School of Dentistry. He is an expert in crown and bridge prosthodontics, particularly in adhesion and cavity preparation. Dr. Takagaki is involved with nearly all major manufacturers as a lecturer and advisor. He is also a founder of PrimeX.

Dr. Teppei Tsukiyama 築山 鉄平 先生

築山鉄平先生は2001年に九州大学歯学部を卒業後、2006年からタフツ大学歯学部歯周病インプラント科で勤務、2009年には米国歯周病学会歯周病認定医取得、2010年には米国歯科修士を取得。2011年つきやま歯科医院 専門医療センター センター長に就任。Perio Health Institute Japan (PHIJ) 理事。

 

After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Kyushu University in 2001, Dr. Teppei Tsukiyama began his career. From 2006, he worked in the Periodontology and Implant Dentistry department at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He obtained certification from the American Academy of Periodontology as a Diplomate in Periodontology in 2009, and earned his Master's degree in Dentistry in 2010 from the United States. In 2011, he assumed the role of Center Director at Tsukiyama Dental Clinic's Specialty Medical Center. He also serves as the Director of the Perio Health Institute Japan.

Dr. Yukishi Nakayama 中山 雪詩 先生

中山雪詩先生は、2010年に福岡歯科大学を卒業。卒業後、佐賀大学医学部歯科口腔外科に勤務され、2014年より医療法人社団敬愛会佐賀記念病院 歯科口腔外科 部長に就任され、現在に至る。2014年に日本口腔外科学会認定口腔外科認定医、2024年には専門医を取得、また、2024年に日本口腔インプラント学会専門医を取得されている。国内学会での多くの発表、また文献を出しており、特にガイデットサージェリーやナビゲーションシステムの臨床研究を多数発表している。

 

Dr. Yukishi Nakayama graduated form Fukuoka Dental College in 2010. After graduation, he worked in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Faculty of Medicine, Saga University, and from 2014 to present, he was appointed Director of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Saga Memorial Hospital. He became a certified oral surgeon by the Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2014, the Specialist in 2024, and became a specialist of the Japanese Society of Oral Impantology in 2024. He has made many presentation at domestic conference and published schentific documents, paticulary on clinical research into guided surgery and navigation systems. 

Dr. Goro Hashimura 橋村 吾郎 先生 （PrimeX）

橋村吾郎先生は2001年にインプラント治療を開始。インプラント治療、審美治療、咬合治療に力を注ぐ。2009年にオーキッド歯科クリニックの開業に合わせオールオン４治療を開始。2013年からインプラント講師を務め、国内外で多数の公演を開催。同時に自身が主催を務めるスタディーグループで歯科医療向上に尽力している。PrimeX 創設メンバー。

 

Dr. Goro Hashimura began his career in implant dentistry in 2001, focusing on implants, aesthetic treatments, and occlusal therapy. In 2009, he initiated All-on-4 treatment coinciding with the establishment of Orchid Dental Clinic. Since 2013, he has been teaching implant dentistry and has conducted numerous presentations both domestically and internationally. Concurrently, he dedicates himself to advancing dental care through a study group that he founded. Dr. Hashimura is also a founder of PrimeX.

Dr. Mitsugi Maeda 前田 貢 先生

前田貢先生は、北海道医療大学を卒業、東海大学医学部付属病院口腔外科教室、東京慈恵会医科大学病院第３病院歯科口腔外科教室の勤務を経て、現在東京都港区にOral Dent Clinicを開業。日本口腔インプラント学会の専門医を取得、日本口腔インプラント学会の倫理審査委員会委員・代議委員に就任。また、国際口腔インプラント学会の専門医も取得。2014年よりAstra Tech Implant System および Simplantの講師を務められている。

 

Dr. Mistugi Maeda graduated from Health Sciences University of Hokkaido, and worked at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tokai University Hospital and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Jikei University Daisan Hospital. Currently he openned Oral Dent Clinic in  the center of Tokyo. He is a specialist at the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology, and serves as a member and representative of the ethical review committee oth the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology. He is also a specialist at the International Society of Oral Implantology. He has been a lecturer on the Astra Tech Implant System and Simplant since 2014.

Dr. Koichi Matsuo 松尾 幸一 先生、歯科衛生士

松尾幸一先生は1995年に日本歯科大学を卒業後、須藤歯科医院やあいはら歯科医院で勤務。2000年に中野デンタルクリニックを開設し、2002年に医療法人社団幸友会の理事長に就任。2019年にはインプラントセンターと訪問診療センターを開設。30編以上の臨床論文を執筆し、2023年に「歯科医がなおすガミースマイル」を発表。2021年からSureSmileアライナーを導入し、約300名の症例を行っている。

 

Dr. Koichi Matsuo graduated from Nihon University of Dentistry in 1995 and began his career at Sudo Dental Clinic. He later gained extensive experience at Aihara Dental Clinic. In 2000, he founded Nakano Dental Clinic and became the chairman of Koyuukai Medical Corporation in 2002. He established the Esthetic Center in 2003 and opened the Implant and Home Visit Dental Centers in 2019, advancing regional healthcare.

Dr. Matsuo has authored over 30 clinical papers and published "How Dentists Treat Gummy Smiles" in 2023. Since 2021, he has treated over 300 cases using SureSmile aligners. His knowledge and expertise are highly regarded by patients and colleagues.

Dr. Shinya Matsuoka 松岡 伸也 先生

松岡伸也先生は、日本で初めてインビザライン（元ファカルティ）を導入し、アライナー矯正治療を開始した第一人者。2005年にハーバード大学で学び、日本に導入。鶴見大学卒業後、東京医科歯科大学で矯正治療の基礎を学び、所沢にてまつおか矯正歯科クリニックを開業。ワイヤー矯正に十数年従事し、3,000を超えるアライナー症例を経験。日本矯正歯科学会認定医であり、松岡塾では多くの歯科医師にアライナー矯正の教育を行っている。

 

Dr. Shinya Matsuoka pioneered the introduction of the Invisalign system in Japan, studying its fundamentals at Harvard Dental School in 2005 before bringing it to Japan. A graduate of Tsurumi University, he furthered his orthodontic training at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He later opened the Matsuoka Orthodontic Clinic in Tokorozawa, offering high-quality care.

With over a decade of experience in traditional wire braces, Dr. Matsuoka has handled over 3,000 cases using clear aligners. He also educates dental professionals and leads "Matsuoka Juku," teaching the essentials of aligner orthodontic treatment. He is a certified member of the Japanese Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Katsuichiro Maruo 丸尾 勝一郎 先生（PrimeX）

After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Dr. Katsuichiro Maruo pursued a scholarship program to study Implantology at Harvard University's School of Dental Medicine. Presently, he serves as Chairman of the Prime Element Medical Corporation, overseeing clinical practice at Sangenjaya Maruo Dental Clinic and Ebisu Maruo Dental Clinic. Additionally, he plays a key role as CEO in managing DENTAL WIDGET, a specialized dental video platform. Dr. Maruo is recognized as an ITI Fellow and is also a founding member of PrimeX.

DT. Shigeko Yamashita 山下 茂子 先生

山下茂子先生は、新大阪歯科技工士専門学校卒業。卒業後、日本歯科技工士会認定講師、大阪大学歯科技工士学校非常勤講師、新大阪歯科技工士専門学校非常勤講師に着任され、日本デジタル歯科学会認定士を取得。2024年7月より公益社団法人日本歯科技工士会の副会長に就任。一般社団法人日本歯科技工学会の理事にも就任される。現在、株式会社デンタルデジタルオペレーションの専務取締役の傍ら、歯科医師や同業者、学生へ向けた講演会や講習会などにてご活躍されている。

 

Graduated from Shin-Osaka Dental Technician College. After graduation, she was appointed as a certified instructor of the Japan Dental Technologists Association, a part-time instructor of Osaka University Dental Technologist School, and a part-time instructor of Shin-osaka College of Dental Technology, and obtained certification from the Japanese Society of Digital Dentistry. Appointed Vice President of the Japan Dental Technologists Association since July 2024. Appointed as Director of the Japanese Academy of Dental Technology.Currently, She is the Executive Director of Dental Digital Operation, Inc. and also gives lectures and workshops to dentists, dental professionals, and students.

DH. Noriko Yoshikubo 吉久保 典子 先生

吉久保 典子先生は1995年に鶴見大学女子短期大学部歯科衛生科をご卒業、横浜市内の歯科医院で17年勤務後、2012年（9月）から小池歯科医院に勤務。歯科衛生士業務にIOSを活用されています。現在その内容を歯科衛生士雑誌に連載されるなどご尽力をされています。

 

DH. Noriko Yoshikubo graduated from Tsurumi University Women's Junior College of Dental Hygiene in 1995,After working at a dental clinic in Yokohama for 17 years, she joined Koike Dental Clinic in 2012.
She has been using IOS in her work as a dental hygienist. She is currently writing a series of articles on IOS in a dental hygienist magazine.

Dr. Junichi Watahiki 綿引 淳一 先生

綿引淳一先生は、1999年に昭和大学歯学部を卒業し、同年に昭和大学歯科矯正科に入局。2004年に日本矯正歯科学会の認定医を取得し、昭和大学歯科矯正学大学院を修了し博士号を取得。2006年にはAQUA日本橋DENTAL CLINICを開設し、代表に就任。現在、日本口腔インプラント学会の専修医であり、昭和大学歯科矯正学教室の兼任講師も務めている。また、包括的矯正歯科研究会（IOS）の代表でもある。専門分野は包括的矯正歯科、歯周矯正（オルソ・ペリオ）治療、審美歯科、マイクロスコープ治療、インプラント治療および歯周治療。2022年のSJCD合同例会で優勝、2018年のSJCD東京Award受賞、第114回アメリカ矯正歯科学会でJoseph E. Johnson Clinical Awardを受賞している（2014年）。

 

Dr. Junichi Watahiki graduated from Showa University of Dentistry in 1999 and joined the Department of Orthodontics at Showa University the same year. In 2004, he became a certified orthodontist by the Japanese Orthodontic Society and completed his doctorate at Showa University's Graduate School of Orthodontics. In 2006, he established AQUA Nihonbashi Dental Clinic and became its director. Currently, he is a certified specialist with the Japanese Society of Oral Implantology and serves as an adjunct lecturer at Showa University's Department of Orthodontics. He is also the president of the Comprehensive Orthodontic Study Group (IOS). His areas of expertise include comprehensive orthodontics, ortho-perio treatment, microsurgery, implant treatment, and periodontal treatment. Dr. Watahiki has won several awards, including first place at the 2022 SJCD Joint Meeting, the SJCD Tokyo Award in 2018, and the Joseph E. Johnson Clinical Award at the 114th American Association of Orthodontists meeting in 2014.
