Certificates to Obtain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points

We offer CPD Points for live courses, webinars, and OnDemand courses. After meeting our course requirements, you’ll receive a certificate by email.

To sign up for a course, you’ll need to enrol here.

To receive your Certificate of Completion, which outlines the number of CPD points attained, you must submit a course evaluation survey at the end of the course. We may not have received your survey response.

The survey link is emailed to students after the course ends. Upon completing and submitting the survey, you will receive your certificate immediately by email.

To receive CPD credits for an OnDemand course, you must complete a quiz at the end of the course. We may not have received your quiz submission, or you may not have passed the quiz.

Once you’ve submitted your quiz, you’ll receive an email confirming the course completion. However, you will not receive an email to confirm whether you’ve passed the quiz.

You may retake the quiz if you didn’t pass the first time. The CPD certificate will be sent to you by email approximately 2 business days after successful completion of the OnDemand course.

Please note that some OnDemand courses are not designed specifically for the Australian market. As such, you will receive Continuing Education (CE) credits, which may not necessarily equate to CPD points.
