The X-Smart Pro+ endodontic motor with integrated Apex Locator was recently honored with the international iF Design Award. The tabletop device impressed the 132-member jury with its “clear design style of the user interface”. The powerful X-Smart Pro+ portable motor was developed to optimize the performance of Dentsply Sirona and VDW endodontic file systems.

Charlotte. The X-Smart Pro+ endo motor has received an international design award. The device was honored in the "User interfaces design (UI)" and “Product design” categories. The jury's statement: "Endodontics is one of the most demanding dental treatments. The X-Smart Pro+ user interface supports the dentist at every stage of treatment with the important information essential for successful treatment. The design style is clear, descriptive and emphasizes the information that is important in each context. This way, the user interface design helps to make endodontic treatment easier and safer for patients and users.” This award also recognizes the work of ‘Puls Produktdesign’ from Darmstadt - a partner of Dentsply Sirona for many years in the design of new product solutions.
