These two advanced-level courses are designed to familiarize clinicians with the concepts and skills to diagnose and treatment plan for even the most challenging cases. Participants will learn how to approach, stage, and execute comprehensive treatment plans for multidisciplinary cases. By the end of the course, clinicians will be confident in treating more complex cases and capable of seamlessly implementing auxiliaries and adjuncts that enhance root and bodily movement control. By the end of this series, participants will have elevated expertise in CAT, which has become a popular choice for patients looking for a less intrusive orthodontic option, improving their standard of care — and the experience of each patient who visits their practice.
In this course, clinicians will be guided by an industry expert through a series of complex case types to learn best practices in treatment planning these types of cases. Doctors will learn how to combine aligners with the appropriate auxiliaries as an efficacious means of addressing complex orthodontic issues.
This course is designed to help doctors at an advanced level in their aligner treatment experience to engage in treatment planning for complex, multidisciplinary types of cases. Doctors will learn to successfully and strategically plan treatment and phase clear aligner therapy into other patient care modalities. Restorative and prosthodontic treatments combined with aligner therapy will be discussed, along with tips on how to sequence and overlap phases of care to minimize treatment time. This interactive course will follow a case-based approach where doctors will have the opportunity to learn about the treatment outcomes from the doctor who treated the case.
