This course will discuss the clinical recommendations to optimize the performance of the newly introduced high strength ceramic. This innovative material combines the esthetics of glass ceramics with an efficient and predictable clinical workflow. The high strength of the material affords the option of both conventional cementation and adhesive bonding. Ongoing clinical trials and cases will be used to reinforce manufacturing processing and treatment indications for high strength ceramic.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to:

  • Discover scientific information to explain the improved physical properties of high strength ceramic
  • Discuss the recommendations for tooth preparation guidelines, clinical handling, and post-milling processing to optimize the clinical performance of high strength ceramic
