Steps To Perform: Installing Or Upgrading To Sidexis 4.4

1. Confirm that your IT equipment meets Sidexis 4.4's general system requirements by completing the Site Survey linked below.

        Compatibility with previous versions of Sidexis 4 does not guarantee compatibility with version 4.4


2. Schedule an installation with your preferred dealer.

        Depending on your Dentsply Sirona equipment, and your IT needs, your dealer may need to perform service at your practice.


3. Notify your IT team of the Site Survey results and ensure that they are available for assistance during the update/installation.

        If upgrading to version 4.4 from a previous version, your data is permanently altered. Please ensure a backup is made prior to upgrading to prevent possible data loss.


4. To prepare for the installation prior to your dealer or IT arriving, download Sidexis 4.4

        Do not attempt installation without the assistance of your IT and Dealer.
