Atlantis CustomBase solution for patient-specific, screw-retained, single-tooth restoration provides a solid foundation for predictable outcomes for all major implant systems
Angling the screw access channel allows the screw access hole to be optimally positioned, improving the esthetics and the installation procedure of the Atlantis CustomBase solution.
Allows the screwdriver access channel to be angled up to 30 degrees off the implant axis. The screwdriver access channel is smaller diameter than the screw head diameter, therefore the screw is captured in the abutment/crown after cementation and should not be removed after the extraoral cementation.
To provide truly ideal restorative solutions you need versatility, flexibility within your workflow, and design options as individual as your patients. Atlantis patient-specific prosthetic solutions give you the foundation you need to be able to restore your patient’s individuality.

Step 1: An implant- or abutment-level impression is taken by the clinician and sent to the dental laboratory with a request for an Atlantis abutment.
Step 2: The order is entered by the dental technician using Atlantis WebOrder. Case models and materials can be shipped to Dentsply Sirona Implants or scanned at the dental laboratory.
Step 3: All Atlantis abutments are designed by Dentsply Implants using the Atlantis VAD software. Designs can be reviewed and/ or edited in Atlantis 3D Editor before being produced by Dentsply Sirona Implants.
Step 4: Once produced, Atlantis abutments are returned to the ordering dental laboratory which then produces the final prosthetic solution and sends the completed case back to the clinician.
