Retansiyonu yeniden tanımlama

Konometrik konsept, sement veya vidalar yerine, kronu ve kapağı abutmentin üzerine sabitlemek için sürtünme retansiyonu kullanır. Bunun oyunun kurallarını değiştiren bir şey olduğunu düşünmemizin nedeni şudur:

  • Kronun yerleştirilmesi dakikalar yerine saniyeler sürer.
  • İşlemin gerçekleştirilmesi daha kolaydır.
  • Vida yok - görünür vida erişim deliği olmaması nedeniyle geliştirilmiş estetik.
  • Sement yok - daha az biyolojik komplikasyon riski.
  • Bu sabit bir retansiyondur ancak ekstra-oral temizlik veya bakım için geri alınabilir. 
  • Nihai kronu yerleştirmek için, benzersiz fiksasyon aracımızla krona yalnızca bir kez tıklamanız gerekir.

Bu konseptle, nihai kronun nihai kapağa ekstra oral yolla sementasyonu yapılır ve ardından abutmente tutturularak konometrik retansiyon sağlaması sağlanır.

The retention of a conical connection between cap and abutment loaded with dynamic lateral forces after an initial axial load was evaluated.

Removal Force of conometric caps and abutments

The retention of a conometric connection was loaded with 200 N, 400 N and 600 N to simulate maximum biting forces. Subsequently, the conometric caps were pulled off to measure the retention to the conometric abutments.
