Order process
An implant- or abutment-level impression is taken by the clinician and sent to the dental laboratory with a request for an Atlantis suprastructures.
The order is entered by the dental technician using Atlantis WebOrder. Case models and materials are shipped to Dentsply Sirona Implants.
After review and final approval of the design in Atlantis Viewer, the suprastructure is milled.
The Atlantis suprastructure is shipped to the dental laboratory, which then produces the final prosthetic solution and sends the complete case back to the clinician.

Optimal positioning of the screw access channel improves esthetics and makes handling easier.
Angling the screw access channel allows the screw access hole to be optimally positioned, improving the function and esthetics of the Atlantis Bridge and Atlantis Hybrid restoration.
The channel can be angled up to 30 degrees off the implant/abutment axis.
Easier handling – optimized screw head and screwdriver design
Accompanying the screw(s) is a hexalobular screwdriver that simplifies engagement and ensures insertion and rotational forces are applied perpendicularly to the screw axis.
New retention options
The optimized surface details created by the process, offers different retention options for veneering. Choose your preferred surface suitable for your prosthetic restauration:
Standard surface – preferred surface for ceramic or composite layering techniques
Pin retention – Increased retention area due to small pins, optimal for composite layering technique

The Atlantis Viewer application for Apple devices such as iPhone and iPad allows you to login to the Atlantis WebOrder account and access your most recent orders
As soon as an order is ready for your design approval, a push notification will be sent to you. The app also allows you to view 2D and 3D images of the Atlantis abutments cases waiting for design approval.
The app is available free of charge in App Store, to install this app simply search for “Atlantis Viewer” in App Store and download to your Apple device.
