Long-term clinical evidence with Ankylos Implant System

Minimal bone loss and excellent survival rates

Excellent 10-year clinical results for immediately loaded OsseoSpeed implants placed in the edentulous mandible. In this long-term prospective study no implant losses occurred and peri-implant bone levels were kept stable over time in the majority of cases.

Behind the success story of Acuris

Successful clinical results with the conometric concept, the foundation for the Acuris development. Three clinical studies reported stable retention, high survival rates and stable bone levels after up to 5 years follow-up.

Similar clinical results for short and longer implants

Short OsseoSpeed implants show similar clinical results as longer implants placed in combination with sinus floor elevation over a 5-year observation period. In addition to excellent clinical performance, benefits such as less patient morbidity in the short-term, reduced treatment time and costs were noticed for the short implant treatment group.
