With the Connect software, you can output the 3D models of your digital impression as an STL dataset - even in three different resolutions. You can then process these locally or make them available to a service provider of your choice.
The exchange of STL models is widespread. Qualitatively, however, STL is behind other formats and never contains all the information that the original system has generated. In addition, care should be taken when transferring sensitive patient information to third parties.
