Everything OK? Intermediate check of dental instruments

Our experts perform several intermediate checks to ensure that Dentsply Sirona components and assemblies are working perfectly. When we develop instruments with working speeds of up to 200,000 rpm, we refuse to compromise even on the smallest of parts.

In particular, dimensional accuracy is tested carefully at various phases of production. The dental instrument must also be able to withstand extreme loads so that dentists and their patients get optimal treatment results.

But it is not just about functionality: An instrument should also lie comfortably in the hand. Our experts check this in the surface inspection. They also do a thorough check for dents and scratches as well as dull areas. An overly shiny instrument also does not have a chance. It simply needs to have an overall good feel.
