If you work with your trusted lab, the Connect software offers a variety of workflows. You can submit data in open STL format, but data transmission and the associated due diligence are up to you. If you do not want to worry about it, use our validated processes. Transfer patient data safely and on request anonymized to your dental laboratory via the Connect Case Center: One click is all it takes. It does not matter which software your lab works with. However, additional information (e.g. color) will be transmitted if your lab works with the inLab software. That's one of the benefits of moving around in the seamless Dentsply Sirona world.

With Primescan or Omnicam, the preparation, the antagonist and the bite situation in the patient's mouth are quickly and precisely acquired - powder-free and in color. The scanning process can be interrupted and resumed at any time. The advantage of digital impressions? You can evaluate the quality directly on the screen.

One click in the Connect software, and the case is accurately transmitted to the laboratory of your choice. In addition to the protected and, if desired, anonymous transmission, you and your laboratory also have a high degree of documentation security. Through the Connect Case Center, you can use a shared, case-specific chat. All agreements with your dental laboratory are documented. All this is much faster than with conventional impression taking. You can even respond to questions from the lab while your patient is sitting in the chair.

The 3D model is loaded into the Connect Case Center in just a few seconds and the digital order form is filled out. For third parties the submitted case is not accessible. Installing a Connect Case Center Inbox makes it easy to connect labs to the Connect Case Center. Thanks to digital technology, your lab can now share pictures and discuss details with you in real time. Thus, your collaboration is becoming more intense than ever.
